Return & Exchange Policy

If for some reason, the buyer is not satisfied with the purchased item, it may be exchange or return with the following exceptions and stipulations:

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST be purchased within 30 days accompanied by an original receipt.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST be in its original, unopened factory condition (seal intact).

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. You are responsible to pay SHIPPING COST incurred when returning items. It is advised to retain record and insure your return package. Please allow us 14 business days to receive and process your return order.

If order was purchased as a discount or special offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly. 

If your order earned a free gift, and the purchased item was returned, the free gift will be charged accordingly if it is not returned along with your order.

 WE ONLY REFUND  the purchased price of the returned item.
